After the teenagers entered the park, they proceeded to rent some special equipment and a first aid kit from the lounge, which is in the form of a log cabin. Scruffy asked, "Which activity shall we try first?" Rosie replied, "Let's go to the obstacle course!" Nicholas said, "All right. To the obstacle course we go!" While they were walking, they heard the sound of someone crying nearby. It turns out to be an auburn-haired boy who looked to be about ten years old. Rosie felt bad for the boy and decided to talk with him. Her friends followed behind her. When Rosie approached him, she asked, "Hello, there. What's your name?" The boy replied while in tears, "My name's Ralph." Rosie responded, "I'm Rosie. What seems to be the problem?" Ralph replied, "Well, I was just heading to the obstacle course when this group of bullies, whose ring leader calls himself Shredder, called me a shortie because of my height and low confidence. I tried to stand up for myself, but it was no use. I was beaten up and laughed at before they left. I feel like I've been jinxed." After he finished his story, Rosie gave him a big hug and told him, "I'm so sorry about what happened to you. My friends and I have been bullied ourselves. Would you like to come with us to the obstacle course?" Ralph dried his tears and replied, "Oh, I would like that. Thank you so much for your concern, Rosie." Rosie responded, "You're welcome, Ralph. We can help you build up your confidence, too." This promise made Ralph smile. Nicholas, Scruffy, and Buzzy greeted him with open arms, and Timothy rubbed himself on his leg. After Rosie cleaned and patched up Ralph's wounds, they continued their walk to the obstacle course. The foursome were also ready to defend Ralph if ever Shredder and his gang show up again.

The foursome and Timothy arrived in Bristol at around ten in the morning. When they got off the train, they proceeded to the visitor center to inquire where the Adventure Kingdom park is located. It turns out that the park is located about an hour from the city, and that they needed to ride a taxi to get there. Afterwards, they ate breakfast in one of the nearby restaurants and explored the city square for a while. Then, they went to the taxi station and told the driver to take them to the park. Everyone decided to take a nap during the ride. The foursome became excited and woke up after seeing a sign that said, "Welcome to Adventure Kingdom!" This meant that they have entered the park's area. A surge of enthusiasm energized them as they got off the taxi.
