I’m the Akatsuki treasurer after all.” Itachi replied to Kakuzu, “Pein doesn’t want you turning the base into a casino like last time.” Kakuzu muttered something under his breath and sat back down with the other Akatsuki members as Itachi continued. “Anyway Konan and Pein went to a spa retreat for some… privacy.” Tobi raised his hand. “Yes Tobi?” Tobi stood up. “Why didn’t they bring Tobi? Tobi is a good boy.” Hidan chuckled. “Because Pein wanted to be a dirty boy.” Tobi pointed at himself. “Tobi can be a dirty boy.” Everyone started to chuckle except Tobi and Itachi. “Grow up you idiots. Tobi sit down please.” Tobi sat down. “Anyways since I’m the temporary leader I have decided that we are all going to take the day off. Everyone is dismissed.” Everyone got up and went in separate directions. Deidara looked around but couldn’t find Tobi. He went to Kisame who was digging up a portion of the ground outside the base. “You haven’t seen Tobi have you un?” “No sorry. I could use your help though. Could you use your bombs to help me dig up this area.” Deidara made a clay bird and flew into the air dropping clay bombs on the area Kisame dug up partially. Itachi came out to see what was going on. Kisame made some hand seals. “Water Style: Exploding Water Colliding Wave!” Kisame quickly filled the hole with water. “What are you doing Kisame?” Kisame looked over at Itachi. “I made an Akatsuki pool.” Kisame took his cloak off and cannonballed into the pool splashing Itachi. Itachi attempted to calm himself down. “Must resist turning him into fish sticks.” Deidara removed his cloak and hung it on the clay bird as it flew lower. He dove into the pool, splashing Itachi again. Itachi activated his Sharingan and grabbed his two comrades by their throats. “Before I make this pool your graves are there any last words you two have?” Kisame thought for a moment. “Yeah. Have you seen Tobi? Deidara was looking for him.” Itachi looked at Deidara who had momentarily forgotten his search for Tobi. “You lost your partner?” “It’s Tobi. How much trouble can he get into un?” The three of them thought for a moment and went wide eyed. Itachi spoke. “We need to find Tobi immediately.” The three of them split into different directions to find Tobi. Itachi ran into Kakuzu, who was counting his money. “Have you seen Tobi?” Kakuzu remained focused on his money. “Depends on how much cash you got on you.” “Amaterasu!” Suddenly Kakuzu’s money was engulfed in black flames. Kakuzu stood up slowly. “Your dead!” He hardened his fist and attempted to punch Itachi, who dodged quickly. Kisame found Zetsu watering his daisies. “Zetsu, has Tobi been by here?” Zetsu looked at Kisame. “Briefly. He took some of my fertilizer.” Kisame and Zetsu rushed to tell Itachi whose fireball was countering the flames from Kakuzu’s fire mask. The lightning mask leaped behind Itachi. “Lightning Style: False Darkness!” A blast of lightning hit Itachi seemingly killing him. Kakuzu laughed. “Guess I’m in charge now.” “Take a closer look.” Kakuzu nearly jumped out of his skin when he heard Itachi’s voice behind him. He looked forward to see his fire mask had actually been fighting his wind mask, and that the lightning mask actually struck his wind mask from behind and not Itachi. “You were snared by my genjutsu. Now help us look for Tobi, or risk fighting the entire Akatsuki.” Kakuzu sighed as his masks merged back into his body. “Fine but you owe me money and a new heart!” Deidara managed to find Hidan with a dead body. “Have you seen Tobi by any chance un?” Hidan looked at Deidara. “No I haven’t seen your f****** pumpkin-faced partner. Now get lost. I’ve got a ritual to perform.” The others quickly arrived. “Oh come on. First the guy that makes out with his hands shows up and now you lousy assholes?” Deidara grabbed something from his bag and tossed it a Hidan. “Catch un!” Hidan grabbed it and Deidara made a hand seal. “Katsu!” It explodes blowing up Hidan’s hands. “At least I have hands Hidan.” “F*** you.” Kakuzu took the heart from the dead body Hidan was using for his ritual. “Ah much better. I still need my money though.” Itachi thought to himself about where Tobi would go with fertilizer. He went wide eyed again. Kisame looked at him. “What’s wrong Itachi? Do you know where Tobi is?” Itachi nodded slowly. “Is it something bad?” Itachi nodded again, unable to speak. Meanwhile at the spa, Konan and Pein where having a good time. Konan spoke. “I think I’ll get a facial.” “Why? You could never make your face more beautiful than it is now.” “Aww,” she said as she put her hand in Pein’s. Then suddenly the doors of the spa slammed open as Tobi came in covered in fertilizer. “See? Tobi can be a dirty boy.” Pein’s expression went from relaxed to enraged. “Tobi!” “What? Hidan said you came here without me because you’re a dirty boy. So Tobi decided to be dirty so he could come too.” Pein suddenly leveled the spa to the ground in rage. “I’ll kill those idiots!” The Akatsuki members back at the base had already packed suitcases and fled to another country with a sign on the door saying, “Gone for the holidays.”
