I was half asleep half awake lying on my stomach. I could feel Jason’s cold fingers slowly moving up and down my bare back. He was humming a lullaby but I didn’t know what it was.
“Do you still want to know my secret?” he asked in a soothing tone. It didn’t help that his voice so soft that it made it harder to stay awake. “Sure.” I said moving closer to him.
“I’ve none you before you were born.” He paused a second. Probably to make sure I wasn’t going to freak out. “I was friends with your mother before you were even born before your mother met your father. I met her when she was your age. We were friends till she realized I wasn’t ageing. She asked and begged me why I wasn’t but I just told her it was her imagination, but she was right I wasn’t aging.” I didn’t really understand what he was saying but that could have been because I was half asleep but I never really understood what he was saying most of the time.
“I finally decided I had to tell her because one day she was going to be old and wrinkly and I was still going to be in my twenties, well by what people saw me as, in reality I was some where in my nineties. Do you...

As we left the apartment building the sun hit us like a beam of light. I look to the side, I saw Jason putting his hand in the face of the sun like he was going to die from it.
“Are you okay?” I asked concerned that it was to much for him. He looked down at me and smiled. “Ya I’m go, I just have to get my sunglasses on. My eyes are just really sensitive to the light.” I nodded waiting patiently for him. He slipped on a pare of black sunglasses. The kind you see know a days on celebrities when the go out. “Nice.” I said with a warming smiled. He looked back down at me and smiled.
“Give me your car keys.” My eyebrows pushed together a little discussed at they way he said it. I crossed my arms over my chest waiting. He rolled his eyes at me. “Sorry, Can I please have your car keys?” he asked holing his hand out. I smiled and slapped them into his hands.
We chris-crossed each other to get to are seats in the car. He started my car and smiled. I smiled unconvincingly. “What?” “You do know this is a fast car, right?” I thought about what he met but I didn’t get it. “Ya that’s one of the reasons I asked for it from my parents.” I...

I could hear the TV on and I could smell the coffee. I wasn’t sure if I was dreaming or if I was just hallucinating over the fact that the man that has been stalking me, for what seems like my whole life, was in my apartment.
I must be dreaming, my subconscious must have heard the TV on and brought that thought into my dream along with the coffee I made yesterday morning it must still be stuck in the air and did the same to my dream.
I stretched my muscles, I was really stiff. It must have been because I got a lot of exercise yesterday at the beach. I hadn’t ran in weeks or done any thing athletic in weeks so my muscles are going to be stiff. I sat up on the couch and I felt a wave of dizziness wash over me. I waited for it to be gone and stood up. I was still half asleep and I tripped over my little coffee table but I didn’t hit the ground.
I could feel the cold wrapping around me. I must have put on my shorts and undershirt PJ’s last night even though it was cold in my apartment but I was half asleep so I probably wasn’t paying any attention to that. But I realized that the cold...

“Ouch!” last night I was out to long and by the time I came home I was exhausted so I just slept on my mattress that laid on the floor.
I woke to the waves crashing onto the shore and the sun light touching my eyes. Not realizing I was on the edge of my bed, I stretched and landed on the cold floor to my two room apartment.
I got off the floor grabbing my silk bathrobe that was sitting on top of the box next to my mattress. I walked over to my living room windows and opened the shades up to reveal a beautiful ocean. The sky was clear all for one little cloud hanging in the sky. I opened my window and a big gust of the ocean breezed whipped around me and threw my apartment. I smiled and walked to my other windows doing the same to all four of them. Then I turned around and faced all my stuff sitting in the middle of my living room floor. I sighed and walked over to the boxes that said “Kitchen Stuff.”
Before I started anything I needed to have a cup of coffee and some breakfast. As I sat on my stool in the middle of my kitchen with a pad of paper lying on the island counter I thought...

“Somebody turn the lights on, Somebody tell me what’s wrong I’d be lying if I told you losing you was something I could handle…” I had been driving for about two and a half hours the highways were clear I had the windows all the way done singing along with my I-pod.
In a matter of seconds I could see cars slowing down on the highway in Kansas and as the cars started to stop I could see a long line of cars in front of me. I can’t believe this I was finally going to make it to the next state before the traffic started happening.
“Whoa” I jumped at the vibrating in my right pants pocket. I couldn’t get my phone out of my pocket fast enough. ‘Good I really need to get a ring tone and get rid of the vibrating.” I told myself as I struggled to get the phone out of my pocket. “Ha, Got it.” before answering my cell I looked at the name and it was my best friend Katelyn.
“Hey what’s up? I haven’t heard from you in a long, long time.” I didn’t really have any time to say any thing ells before she interrupted me. “Your going to need to come home in a couple months.” I was confused and a little scared. “Why is everything ok?” I...

This story was based upon Moonlight in a way.

I’m finally on my own, alone. I just turned eighteen a couple of months ago and I got a job offer in Los Angeles California. I’ve been writing since I could write and when I reached junior high I joined the new paper and I did the same in high school and in my second year of high school I was offered a job as a reported for the Salem New Hampshire news paper and I accepted. My job threw the years had grown and now that I’m done high school I can take the job offer.
Ya my parents were pissed when the found out I wasn’t going to collage but if you think about it I was only going to go because I wanted to be a reporter and I got that before I ended high school so if you think about it I only have to go to collage if I get fired or quit from my job now. It took a couple months to pack all my stuff but it happened and I’m on my way to California right now.

Okay were am I, I know I’ve been to New York and Ohio and I was just or am in Illinois… wait MISSOIRI. Okay I know were I am. Maybe I should start reading the signs that are around me. I don’t...

I think Moonlight was cursed before it started. From everything I read it has so much trouble. Everyone fought over the direction, then the writer's strike screwed us out of five episodes. After the strike they fired the writers. Then they promoted a husband/wife team to write the last four episodes that they were counting on to save the show. I heard CBS was going to bring it back, but wanted the WB to kick in more money. The WB wanted CBS to kick in more money. Moonlight was a casualty of the network. I just can't understand why it was canceled. It won a People's Choice Award for best new drama. It won its time slot week after week. It has a huge following (to this day). People are always online talking about boycotting CBS and wanting Moonlight back. We need to finish Mick & Beth's love story. We need to follow them thru their journey. With Twilight and True Blood so popular, Moonlight deserved a second season to really get off the ground. It didn't get a full first season. It was cheated, we were too!!. I am happy Alex is in a new show, but how interesting is the drama and saddness surrounding organ transplants week after week sound? CBS put it up on Sunday...
