f you're referring the Tim Burton movie witch was actually out in 2010, the Mad Hatter and Alice had more of a brother and sister relationship like Johnny Depp stated in a preview. But in the original script of the movie they kissed twice. The kisses were taken out sadly. Some (Including me kinda) would love to believe that there was a love relationship between them but I really don't think there was in the movie.
