After getting some curiosity and looking into whether or not there are examples of the first movies storyboard online I found something pretty amazing. The following links go to a document sharing website that shows some of the movies storyboard, more specifically the opening scene where the main characters are pups still.
So you may be thinking this is cool enough as is but here's the best part, it features parts that were not included in the final film we all know and love. Parts like Shakey getting launched off a log sled and landing on a porcupine, Salty getting clothes-lined by a branch, Humphrey getting tackled by Kate accidentally while on the sled, and more. In fact you could say like its a whole new scene which is the crazy part.
For those who don't know what a storyboard is its pretty much the first kind of visual to the films story, it helps the animators figure out what to animate and how to move the cameras around the scene.
So go check it out for yourself, its worth it. The website can be a little weird about loading the slides but I found viewing each SamplesPt in the thumbnail view (The grid-like picture in the toolbar), then zooming in on each picture works the best for me.

What do you guys think? In my opinion I think going about the opening scene in this order would prove more interesting and action packed then what it already is. Of course I'm sure there is much more then this that wasn't included in the movie.
Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed checking these out.
