Is Kuroshitsuji an Adult anime

my 9 year old cousin wants to watch Kuroshitsuji because she has a crush on The Undertaker. So she wants to see him in the episodes.

Well it depends if she can tolerate gory scenes and harsh themes. Kuroshitsuji can be a fun anime to watch, but if she's a softer core girl, I wouldn't recommend it. It really depends on watch she is used to watching...However, if she does decide to watch it, she should know that we don't really see the Undertaker that much, it's really about Ciel and Sebastian
