To be honest that's a difficult question as Taureans and Ariens are very much alike. Both signs are stubborn, hard-headed and stick to their guns, no matter what they do not back down. Perhaps it differs by the sexes. For example my mother is an aries and my father a taurus, but when they fought my father always backed down, even when my mother was wrong. But i have a female Taurus friend and a male Aries friend and the female(Taurus) always wins lol.
To be honest i can't honestly choose between the two, but from my experiences i have chosen Aries ^_^

aries is a fire sign while taurus is earth. taurus is known as a very gentle and calm. aries is the stubborn one. i think that people often confuse aries with capricorn.

It just depends on what kind of fight too. If it's a verbal, I say Taurus, because Aries tend to not be very present in debate and tend to be very impatient in trying to get their opinion across and give up, but that's just what I've experienced with one of my Aries friends. Now in a physical fight that's a different story. I see both fighting to the death.
