where is the real avatar

The 'Avatar' in Avatar: The Last Airbender was really based off of the real Dalai Lama, who is reincarnated when the previous Dalai Lama is sick and dying, or is already dead. Tenzin Gyatso is the previous Dalai Lama. He cannot bend the elements though, that was formed a long time ago when people thought that Air, Water, Earth, and Fire were the elements. Today the elements are hydrogen, helium, lithium, berilium and so forth. The part about bending them was taken from the ancient chineese forms of martial arts. Water is Thi Chi, Earth is Hun Gar, Fire is Northern Shioling, and Air is Ba Gua. The Avatar world is just a made up world from the creators.
