"Hey all. As some of you know and thank you for being so kind to reach out to me and speaking to me, though I work in the medical field now I am a culinary school graduate and worked for over a decade in the culinary arts field. Have always been very interested in the foods of Avatar, though they are rarely mentioned. As such, based on seeing them and the brief mention some food are given, thought I would open up a discussion about the food and recipes from ATLA and LoK. Want to share my recipes. All of the recipes I'll share have been tested by me yes? Please...
Say what you will about Azula, but she's no doubt a complex character and at this point I feel as though they can take her character in any direction; she could either stay evil or become some kind of force for good. Personally I'm hoping to see her become more of a sassy anti-hero like Regina Mills, I feel like that would work for her.
With that in mind, the first reason that I feel Azula will be redeemed is that I feel as though Mike and Bryan have hinted at it. They've stated in various interviews that Azula is savable and isn't pure evil. A long time back I had purchased a book version...
This article may contain some spoilers, particularly for those who haven't read Smoke and Shadow yet.
In The Search one common thing that kept getting bought up was Ursa telling Azula to "take off that mask, only then will you see your true destiny." Recently another layer was added with the semi-recent announcement of the Kemurikage becoming the Fire Warriors--the Fire Nation equivalent of the Kyoshi Warriors. And naturally Azula is their leader.
This just got me thinking about Azula's fate in general. Personally, I think that this role (as a Fire Warrior) suits her way more than being the...
Kataang or Zutara, we’re all here because we like one or another. I myself, am on the Kataang side. So I decided to share why in one neat little article. Some parts are taken from my other article.
Why I Like Kataang
First and foremost, I like goofy, light hearted romance more than I do a serious and mature one. I like things that will make me laugh, something that isn’t full of angst and melancholy. Aang and Katara have more of a cute and fun relationship. Don’t get me wrong Kataang has it’s mature moments; such as the moments mentioned in the paragraph below. I don’t think a ship...
Sorry for the late update guys. My grandpa's in the hospital at the moment. He's doing fine though.
Azula woke up lying face up on her bed. Her head ached with a dull phantom pain. Her lips parted to call out for…she couldn’t remember, didn’t know whom.
Her vision was much too cloudy.
She tried to sit herself upright, sending a small ripple of pain over her body. She shuddered and her muscles seemed to give out sending her falling back to the pillow—basking in its softness. She had missed her own bed…her own pillow. How did she get there?
This story will contain spoilers! You will understand when you read it. If you have not finished the series and do not want it spoiled then stop reading here.
This story is about Azula when she's on the path to insanity. This is what I think her actions, and thoughts were in between scenes from the series. Let's begin. Keep in mind that none of this is fact, it's just fanfiction.
Following the events of The Boiling Rock Part 2:
Azula had just escaped the island. I can't believe that Mai and Ty Lee betrayed me! she thought, maybe it was that I controlled them through fea- NO. Fear is the most reliable...
