Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Question

Will there be a season 3 of Baka To Test???

I really love the anime and the last season felt like it wasn't the final at all because they didn't tell us who Hideyoshi's going to end up with.

I don't think there will be.

And Hideyoshi..i doubt he will have a more likely paring than Hideyoshi X Yoshii let along a complete couple, i mean i can't see him with a girl.

And with Yoshii...i doubt he'll get anyone, if he hooks up with any of his girls (or guys) everyone who ships something else will get peeved.

But there may be third season, maybe.

of course there will be a season 3 (and many more) the anime series is based on the manga and the manga to the novel, season 2 ended in 2012 last october i think.in the manga series. baka to test to shoukanjuu stopped at the season finale on season 2 (status is on going).when season 3 starts (at manga) it will may take a few months until the anime is released. baka to test to shoukanjuu is very popular they will not end it so quickly.,they may have millions of fans by now (including myself).it is really funny and the story is really good, should i say wonderful!.everything takes time lets just be patient....

"Funimation has recently announced that Greg will voice the role of Kouta Tsuchiya in it's upcoming release of Baka and Test."

What does upcoming release mean? Season 3?

× That is very interesting. Chances are that there will be a season three, but remember that the spin-outs are still not translated (not saying that Greg Ayres will not be voicing Kouta in the spin-outs nor saying that the spin-outs will be translated in English). But yes, still very interesting and great news to hear.

I take back what I said. I cannot think of any special (besides OVAs) that got an English dub, especially by FUNimation. So this must be for a season three. Also, they would've mentioned that it would be for a special if it really was. However, they did not, so I doubt that it's for a special.

I think so too. I'm really hoping for that next season!

Yeah. I told a few others about this, and by a few, I really mean a bit more than a few. Some people on fanfiction.net, a couple at school, that's about it. We dicussed about this for awhile, and came to the conclusion that this has to be for season three.

The last episode of Season 2 was hilarious. I was laughing so so much, especially when Yuuji ran through the doors, and said….well, what he said. So funny!!!! Shouko is deadly whenever she has a marriage slip in her hand.

I would love i if there was a Season 3, because we never REALLY found out if Himeji or Minami got together with Akihisa. Plus, Hideyoshii could suddenly be going out with Akihisa!!!!

I suppose we'll just have to wait and see….

I KNOW IT WILL BE LONG, BECAUSE ANIMES TAKE LONG TO CREATE KEEP THAT IN MIND. IT'S WORTH THE WAIT THOUGH, I MEAN BAKA TO TEST IS THE GREATEST ANIME EVER AND I HOPE THEY MAKE 10 SEASONS! (ROFL)

I'm not exactly sure of this, but I think season three might had been confirmed, at least, that is what I've heard. I cannot clarify the accuracy of what I've saw because I am not able to get on the official website for some reason. Anyhow, if you get your hopes up too high, and they don't release it, then you will die of sadness in your heart, brain, and lungs (don't question the brain and lungs part). Hope for the best, but don't keep it too high.

Also, if you notice the ending, they said "see you soon," which would mean the anime. I know it's a weak augment, but still.

I think they are still continuing the manga with a volume twelve, and is rumored that that shall be the final volume. The information on volume twelve is from Volume 11.

Personally, I think there will be a season three for Baka and Test, but it might be in 2014. Sometime between February and April is my guess, so we still have a long way to go if I am to be correct.

I believe he did. Although it was by accident, he did do it several times. Altough I'm confuse on why you would bring this up for this question and not under another question such as "Himeji vs Minami." It doesn't matter as much though. Anyhow, if you want to read the light novels, I'll send you a link to Baka-Tsuki. While we're talking about the light novels, some guy tried convincing me of the ending. I called him out, and two others tried saying something, although one of them wasn't anything against what I said really. Anyhow, the first one said that the ending is an Akihisa x Himeji ending, but we could say without a doubt that that is almost never going to happen. After I called the dude out, the second one commented, although, like I said, it wasn't anything negative. The third one, however, did annoy me a bit because he lied. Called him out. I said something about Akihisa's heart beating faster when he's with Minami from time to time. A few days later, he made me laugh because it was out of fear. He also said something else, but I forgot. It was funny. I'll give him credit for that. So, that's my story. What's yours? Did you see a balloon today?

I hope that's true. But I think I've got some extra things to say in addition to what I've said before. Baka and Test is the only anime made by SilverLink (SilverLink is the company that made Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu, as FUNimation did the dubbing for Baka and Test: Summon the Beast) that got into the top 100 on myanimelist.com. It may not seem that high, but the website has thousands of titles on there, and there are lver 5,000,000 anime out right now, leaning more torwards 6,000,000. Baka and Test, along with Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu, has been gaining popularity over the years (2013 being the big player). They might be making the third season, and to be honest, I hope that if it becomes the last season, that Akihisa makes his pick, Minami perferably, but I don't mind Himeji either. To add on what you said, FUNimation does not make anime. They dub them into English, and sometimes throw in a few lines to make it more suitable for, um, some of them English speakers. I thought I had something else in mind, but if I remember it, I'll add it.

There's a big chance because they left off with a cliffhanger and Himeji fans and Minami fans want to see who akihisa chooses

Well, that could be one thing. But I wouldn't start off with that in an argument, Look at the other answers, like Bakameansidiot's answer.

OBVIOUSLY yes... or not. But new chapters are in the light novels. Including Aki and Himeji's childhood story and new summon systems like kids and future career of the students. There's even when Akihisa and the others got part time job on Miharu's father. Off topic, SAO had an announcement that GGO is confirmed. That means there's a chance that Baka To Test might have a third season. Also, there should be new characters like those third year people.
