any banned books about sex, drugs, suicide, mental people, they should be sad and scary??

I'm not completely sure what you're asking, but I know that in the US, Judy Blume's books for kids are still challenged because several of them deal frankly with a young person's sexuality. The books aren't sad; they just tell it like it is.
