Question 4 doesn't include my pick. The nations top priority should be securing jobs for unemployed Americans, not shipping them off to China or India or places where their economy is benefiting from our loss.

Congress' priorities should include securing wealth (and retaining personal assets for the average American) rather than cutting millions of gov't jobs and programs; something which goes against any suggestion that these actions are for the benefit of job growth.
