All the characters:
At the ballet school

-Hailey, her best friend, who helps Madame Katerina with the costumes
-Tara Pennington, the prima ballerina of the school

-Madame Natasha, Kristyn's ballet instructor
-Madame Katerina, Madame Natasha's sister and seamstress of the ballet school
-Mr. Pennington, Tara's father
-Hannah, a little dancer which Kristyn really cares about
In the Giselle world
-Giselle, played by Kristyn
-Prince Albrecht
-Hilarion, a hunter
-Giselle's mother
Nearby the Snow Queen's castle
-The Snow Queen, which is now known she's the main villain of the movie
-The Nutcracker
-The Sugar Plum Fairy
In the Swan Lake world
-Odette, played by Kristyn
-Prince Siegfried
-Rothbart
-Odile, Rothbart's daughter
-Queen Vera, Siegfried's mother

Questions in comments I answer in here:
manu962:
Do Albrecht and Hilarion have a bigger role than Siegfried?
They do appear more than him, but only because they go look for Giselle to finally tell the Snow Queen which one of them will marry her. Though Kristyn, since he looks like Dillon, is interested in Siegfried more than Albrecht and Hilarion. Those two just become her friends. The romance is reserved to Kristyn as Odette and Siegfried only.
What happens to Siegfried?
Siegfried is tricked by Odile, but when Kristyn dances her own routines instead of the usual ones at the ball, he immediately runs to her.
Does he just let Kristyn run away?
Yes, but not before telling her he loves her and also he asks her to marry him.
And is he manly enough or sissy like the new Kens?
He's a great character, actually. He is manly, though he never fights. It is noticeable that he behaves like a man, and not like Ken of FF/FS and Liam. He's also quite funny, just like Dillon and Nicholas of PCS.
We will be showing all the ballet stories? I mean the script?
Well, there is a little mention of the Snow Queen ballet because it's the 'winter project' of the ballet school, though nothing else besides that.
How about the real endings?
Kristyn, dancing in her own way and wanting things to turn out good everywhere, changes a few things that actually save her and all the others. I'll explain this better in the answer for MelodyLaurel.
And is it possible for you telling more information about Dillon?
Dillon is a cutie! He is some sort of... very sweet guy, always hugging Kristyn tight and lifting her from the ground, I hope we will see those scenes in the movie, 'cause we would all be like 'Awwwww!!!!'. Just this.
nmdis:
And will Kristyn marry to Siegfried?
Kristyn doesn't marry Siegfried, though there are some cute romantic scenes between Kristyn and Dillon. Kristyn, when she's Odette, falls a little for Siegfried because he looks like Dillon.
Will Rothbart become lead villain or he will be sidekicks this time?
Rothbart belongs in the Swan Lake world, so he's a 'secondary villain', if that can be said. He's a subject of the Snow Queen too, and he has to do anything she tells him.
What is the role of Sugarplum princess this time?
I corrected this, 'cause it's Sugar Plum Fairy, actually, and she's a very irritating fairy who has a high pitched voice and gets excited really easily. The Snow Queen is annoyed by her and freezes her. Her and the Nutcracker aren't mentioned in other parts.
MajorAbbey:
Just one question, though; what's Madame Natasha like?
Madame Natasha is very strict, definitely. She and her sister Katerina are of French origins, and also... well, she doesn't like Kristyn at all.
Does she get treated better than Duchess Amelia, story-wise?
She surely does! At least she's not transformed into a pseudo-Sailor Moon by Kristyn, LOL. She's quite bossy, and Tara's father is always trying to convince her to give Tara more leading roles.
What are the Nutcracker and the Sugar Plum Fairy doing with the Snow Queen in the first place? Have they been imprisoned by her, or is this part of some kind of get-together between the different characters from the ballets? (I'm hoping for the later, but still.)
This is my mistake. There's surely a part of the magical world for Nutcracker, though I wrote 'Nerby the Snow Queen's castle'... I got that wrong in purpose because I didn't know what to write. Actually, the Snow Queen visits the Nutcracker area to tell them to warn her if they see Kristyn, specifying she wears pink shoes.
From what I've seen, both from that extract and from everything else, it seems like Madame Natasha just doesn't like the idea of Kristyn not sticking to the choreography because, from what she's seen, that doesn't tend to ensure a successful career. So, she's more concerned about Kristyn's future than about just "stifling her creativity". Am I wrong about this?
At the end, Madame Natasha tells Kristyn she was making a mistake by scolding her, apologizing that maybe she wanted her to become another Tara and also adding that what she actually needed was her first Kristyn... to sum it up, she realizes Kristyn has to stay unique because that's her most special characteristic. After all, that's why she defeated the Snow Queeh. Because she didn't let herself be controlled by her power.
MelodyLaurel:
Kristyn changes all the stories in the original ballets, didn't she?
Yes, she does. Escaping from death twice, she makes the stories take unexpected turns. Like Hilarion and Albrecht that become friends, or Odile and Rothbart going back to their castle disappointed and such.
Madmozell:
Is the Nutcracker, Prince Eric or Nutcracker?
He's just a Nutcracker. No one else. And he appears only in a scene, he and the Sugar Plum Fairy are background characters.
Does Kristyn marry anyone?
No, she doesn't. Though Albrecht, Hilarion and Siegfried all keep asking her to marry one of them! She doesn't accept any of the proposals, also 'cause she's only 17 (she says it)
Is there any info of Giselle's mother?
Sadly, there's nothing written. She appears only in a little scene... though the Snow Queen freezes her and doesn't set her free after a while. She remains an ice statue. Of course, until Kristyn sets everyone free from the Snow Queen.
BarbieRosella:
Does Mr. Pennington change his mind about Kristyn? Or no? 'Cause I found him as a selfish person, for me.
Mr. Pennington is a person who always wants to be in the center of attention. He wants everything to be perfect just for his daughter Tara and has a dislike for Kristyn.
And how's everything in the end? Including Madame's acceptance to Kristyn and everybody else? And how's her performance there?
Kris gets a standing ovation at the end of her performance. The ballet scouts are stunned by her and when Madame Natasha is about to scold her, those people go cover Kristyn with compliments and then... well, no scolding anymore.
Is the fighting scene between the Snow Queen and Kristyn long?
Well, it's a little long, though the atmosphere is so dark and I know for sure we'll all love it! Also, have you seen Hailey lying on the floor while Kristyn dances? That's pretty creepy. The whole scene is, because the Snow Queen is cruel with the two girls. And, also to Hilarion and Albrecht.
Since we knew how Kris turned to Giselle, and how Odette turned into Kris again. What about from Giselle to Odette?
Fom Odette to Kristyn, it's our beloved heroine's own magic she has inside to transform her into herself again. As for from Giselle to Odette, as Kristyn arrives nearby Swan Lake, she turns into Odette.
