Ch 8:

He ended up watching Comeback Kid until Steve came home. Jay was laughing at the TV set when Steve walked in at the door at five - thirty.

"Hi, Steve," he said, still laughing.

"What are you watching?" Steve wanted to know.

"Comeback Kid."

"I don't think I've seen that show. Who's in it that's so funny?" Steve asked.

"Henry Webber. He's funny," Jay said.

"How about California Pizza Kitchen? I usually ea that."

"Yum. Go for it," Jay said.

"Let me call them first. How much longer is this show?" Steve asked.

"About twenty more minutes. Why?" Jay asked.

"Mind if I watch with you?" Steve asked.

"Sure....

Ch 7:

After collecting the keys from his friend, Jay watched Steve exit the reception area. That's when Jay himself left. Jay walked out of National Geographic and unlocked the rental and drove back to the highway. After getting off the highway, he got to Steve's apartment fifteen minutes later. He parked the rental in the parking lot. He got out of the car and locked it. He headed for Steve's apartment and, which was on the third floor. Jay didn't mind walking to the apartment. He knew some people liked using the elevator instead but not him. He liked getting exercise.
