If you define virgin as a female with an unbroken hymen (via sex), then no.

If you define a virgin as a female who made the choice to have sex, then yes.

Sadly, no. Sex is sex no matter what. So if you're raped then you had sex, and aren't a virgin anymore.

If she thinks she's a virgin, she's a virgin. If she doesn't, she's not.

My answer is it depends if she liked it. If yes, then she's nota virgin anymore. If she didn't want to, then shes still a virgin

sex is still sex. no matter what. if it happen'd, it happen'd. physically, the girl is not a virgin anymore. but she can still consider herself a virgin in a way since she did not consent to it in any way.

It depends. The himen won't be there anymore. She'll need to go to a doctor. But in her mind she's still, for she's never chosen to have sex.

I think being a virgin is over-rated, tbh. Being raped is something awful anyway, and the woman has to overcome the trauma, no matter how or when it happened.

There's some kind of taboo about woman's virginity. Having sex is something that a girl decides to do, it doesn't make her less special.

First, I want to say that if you are asking this because you were raped, then I am very very sorry, and I hope you got justice (I know this is kind of an old question)
Second, while she may not physically be a virgin anymore, I personally absolutely consider a virgin who was raped to still be a virgin. Virginity is alot more than a physical thing,and rape is an act of violence so I don't consider it true sex.
