Does anyone else feel terrible for Mitchell???

The reason I ask is becuz out of all the roomates his fate is cealed and he's gonna be alone in the end. He's immortal so he'll keep existing while George gets older and dies...and then there's Annie who's already dead but he's gonna fall in love with her. And what no one seems to realize is that eventually Annie will have to move on into the afterlife, George following along when he passes but Mitchell will never know death...he'll never know peace. I just feel so sad for him:(
