Definitely Chip! I thought their big sister/little brother relationship was sooo cute!!
I also think she had a nice friendship with Cogsworth and Lumiere. Mrs. Potts also seemed to be a great mother figure to Belle

Either Chip or Lumiere and Cogsworth.

Belle was indifferent but friendly towards all.
