Concert and Parents?

I have a chance to go to a BVB concert in March. The tickets are only $22 right now and I could also, if I wanted(which I do), I could get VIP tickets.

I asked my mom and she told me I could go and she would pay for the ticket, then she said I also needed to bring a friend. That's a problem because NONE of my friends like them or have never heard of them.

I was talking to my dad about the concert, I don't want him to come though, and he told me I couldn't go.

WTH!?!?! I was sooooo looking forward to the concert and I was super excited. He said it would ruin my concert experiences because there...
