i cant pick. i think they were both very evil. Aizen especially 'cause he fooled everyone!
HE PISSES ME OFF!!!!

Kiraya never had high expectations to disappoint. To put it simply: we knew that it was a filler arc, and we knew that the end of the filler arc would lead to the end of him. I wasn't invested in him being an interesting or worthwhile character, and neither was the series. Aizen, on the other hand, was (is?) the central villain in the series, and yet he's been nothing but disappointing. I'd describe why, but I did ask a question regarding those issues a while back, and if you're interested you can take a look at my rant (link). I still hold out hope that Aizen's far more devious than I could ever have imagined, that perhaps being in the 8th level of the shinigami prison is beneficial for him (possibly because it's going to be the only safe place left), but he's dashed hope after hope up till now.

I chose Aizen, simply because of the way he does things in the Heuco Mundo arc. His first impression that he made on me was the way he tricked everyone into believing hes dead and used them to reach his goals, and then also suprising them at the end lastly leaving them greatly wounded. But then when we see him again he lost that evilness of his ,that devious cleverness of his. He really is'nt the bad guy I first him to be.

But does that make him the most disappointing? Weren't your standards for him pretty low to begin with? I mean, honestly, it's not like Kariya was meant to be a long running character with a lot of depth and interest behind him.

I know he was just a stupid filler character but Aizen was just too cool and I wasn't disapointed with him I was disapointed with Tite Kubo. What the hell was he thinking when he put butterfly wings on the sociopathic killer?

Heh, if butterfly wings were the only problem with Aizen, I'd agree with you. His character's full of holes, everything about him just seems to have been a lie. He was "too cool" for quite a while, but it seems like he just lost his mind at a certain point. For a character who was supposed to be so smart that he was miles beyond everyone else, he really seemed to reverse himself later.

well I like Azein more why ? he was able to defeat the Goeti 13 by him self and no one could stop him up until Kisuke and his Magical Bakudo even Ichigo Final form didn't do shit to Azein now let's look at powers

Azein-all of Hueco mundo plus 2 other soul reapers who were captains and 9 powerful people


again Kariya set himself up for failure


Also Azein had even countered captain General Yamamotto's Ryujin Gake with ease . so when it come's down to it Kariya didn't have enouh Stardgey or enough followers and compared to Azein it seemed like he planed nothing out

Alright, while I see your point, I must say that that's more of an explanation for why Kariya was a failure and not why he was a disappointment. Kariya was anything but disappointing, we all understood he would be a dramatic failure. We expected Aizen to be successful in some ways. He wasn't. The only ways in which he was successful were in scaring the crap out of everyone and defeating the Gotei 13, neither of which were among his end goals. A villain isn't interesting if their success is so limited, especially when they're on the verge of victory so often and take time out of their busy, butt-kicking schedule to keep focusing on the leadup. Aizen was so focused on making everyone afraid of him and ending his opponents that he almost always seemed to postpone his final goals. He's like the stereotypical villain, so focused on laughing it up and making certain everyone knows he's a badass to realize that his goal is within his reach and could be accomplished with a wave of his hand. How is that not disappointing?
