The Duo's passions and emotions will take form—and set the stage for an ultimate battle. This goes out to Robyn.

[i]It's only been a few hours since its happened. But that had to have been the most magical thing I ever saw. It made me think of Naruto-kun…

I guess I should back up. This morning the Duo seemed really antsy. Or at least, it made the Darkness in them nervous. I asked them what was going on. Kimiko opened her mouth to answer, but then snapped it shut again as her Darkness tried to interrupt her. She was still quite embarrassed about the fact that she lost control of herself, even though it had been six days since then. Kiyo-kun answered for her, "Kimi-heika and I have been worried since she lost control, we have no Rei Seals. But a couple of days ago we discovered something that may be able to help."

"Though it may serve you well to mind your own business, Hinata-chan." Kimiko added.

Naruto's idiocy aside, Hinata and the Duo still need rescuing. So who is Tsunade going to send? This goes out to Robyn.

Departure II

As the leader of the almost departure, Naruto was beat mercilessly by an angry Godaime. To recover from something like this usually took a few weeks, but with Naruto's healing ability it only took a couple days. In the meantime, Tsunade tried to decide who to send to the Blue Moon valley. She and Garra already contracted permission from the Daimyo to enter his country. Garra himself decided to keep ninja on standby in case the leaf team needed backup.

This looped back to the original problem: Who was she going to send on this mission? It didn't matter that all her shinobi were perfectly capable. But the Blue Moon valley had that reputation: Either you came back insane, or you didn't come back at all. So it could be that the whole mission was pointless, that Hinata and the Duo were beyond any help anyone could offer. The blonde Kage sighed deeply and threw herself into her chair. This job never got any eaiser the older she got. Sometimes it was all she could do to keep from quitting. Her eyes began to...

Kimiko Rei is still affected by her bloody, tragic past. This goes out to Robyn.

Kimiko tried to go to sleep despite the bloating and cramps that came with her monthly period. She managed to do so without waking Kiyori, who was sleeping next to her as usual. But Kimiko's mind quickly became feverish, as did her body. Earlier today she had received what she thought was her daily letter from Ino. It was, but it reported that Ino was in the hospital due to some rather nasty poisoning she suffered during a mission.

This made Kimiko think of Rina, who had either bled or been poisoned to death, as the blade she had been cut with had also been toxic. «They are still alive,» Kimiko thought in a panic, «There are still Female Reeducation Group members out there, and they came after my girlfriend!» Spurring her dark thoughts was the Blue Moon bathing her, making her forget that she had killed the last living FRG member during the Grass shinobi battles. Her inner darkness made a bid for freedom, and won. Kimiko would have fought it, but with Ino hurt, memories of Rina flowing through her, and her body rebelling against her, she just didn't have the...
