They rode the elevator down in dead silence. There were other people in the elevator with them so neither wanted to say anything. As they crossed the lobby to the coffee shop, the concierge approached.
“Dr. Brennan, I hope your accommodations were to your satisfaction and if you were planning on staying another night with us?”
