In the recent turmoil over the latest episode 8x12, one could say that Breyton has lost, if not failed the "endgame" status. I say it's all how you see it.

I was as shocked as most of you by the ill conceived writings of Shaina Fewell, said writer of the debauchery of 8x12. But I see it like this. We all at one time or another enjoyed Brooke and Peyton's friendship. But we all know Breyton is almost if not more a hot button ship than the rest, just because they were so on and off.

It's obvious who I like, but I can see why others see it differently. It's all how you relate to the story on a personal level. I personally loved Brooke & Peyton as friends, they had such a rapport. Such an innocent quality, yet at the same time so powerful.

Some fans of certain ships just hate Peyton, and wanted a reason to hate on her more, some wanted to hate on Brooke because LP is gone and the show is about BD now. Though not sure why they are watching if they hate Brooke. But anyway, it doesn't matter, the Brooke vs Peyton fight will go on long after we are all over it, and the show is over because their relationship was so strained.

"To be by your side"
See now you thought I would just pick Peyton, Yes it is true I do relate to her more on a personal level. I have been asked over my course here, why do you related to Peyton so much?

Is it her strength, her determination, her will to survive? Perhaps. But it has more to do with a very personal story I felt compelled to share last night with a few friends.

I have never openly talked about this to anyone, even my mother. But I feel I should explain, in case the situation comes up again.

When I was five years old I lost my Dad to an overdose of cocaine. I don't remember much about him, nor do I say the term "dad" ever. However, I always felt this need to get to know him, but at the same time hated him for leaving me. It is a powerful mixture of emotions. On one hand you feel you will never know that part of yourself, and the other you want to scream at people for telling you things about the person because it only reminds you of what you lost and never knew.

Have been thinking about this for a while. But I have to mention two people who have changed my life for the better. My BIG LOVE to my Cheery, and Brattynemz. And I figured what better place to say it but the best place on earth, the BP spot, where friendship is ten fold.

Cheery has a brilliant attitude, she is fierce, beautiful, and just plain awesome. She has made me feel better in more ways than one, when the world seems to be taken over by negativity, she has my back. She has a heart that won't quit, and if you haven't met her yet...go and find her. She puts the Love in Big Love.

My little Bratty is an inspiration. She finds the best ways to bring us all back to earth. She has a determination, and fearlessness like no other. The warmest way to put your mind at ease, and make you feel like your cause is not in vain. She has true heart, and I could think of no other girls to have just fire, and peace.

I could think of many more BL fans I have had the privilege of getting to know. So many have touched my heart, and stayed my mind. Just goes to show, no matter the ship we sail on, or what book we subscribe to, we should never judge all books...
