Storebæltsbroen (The big belt bridge) is the second biggest bridge in Denmark. It goes from Funen (Fyn) to Zealand (Sjælland), which is the biggest Danish islands.
Slender, elegant and graceful, the Tacoma Narrows Bridge stretched like a steel ribbon across Puget Sound in 1940. Some of the footage in this is pre-collapse and gives you an idea why it was named Galloping Gertie.
