Her first appearance on the show is in the backseat of Lucas' car after he won his first basketball game. She was half-naked, changing into her civilian and seducing him. He took her home, aware that she is Peyton's best friend. Brooke found him sweet, as she tells Peyton the next day, and says, "I think it''ll be so much fun when he sleeps with me!" And there it was: she was the "flirt" (and every story has one.) The thing that is so amazing about Brooke Davis is she evolved from that superficial nickname to a whole better person. She was also surprisingly smart in her ways and can comfort people and forgive their mistakes no matter how bad they are. It was never easy for her, though. She fell in love for the first time with a boy who used to have his eye on her friend. Then she discovers their betrayal as she was dating him. That was strike one. Then she discovers there's still something going on between them even during her relationship with that boy (strike two.) There was a lot of sympathy pointed at her direction all the time but she's also not the complete victim. Brooke is deceptive with secrets from her promiscuous past that threatened her relationships many times. When she broke up with Lucas, she went with a conservative guy named Chase, who found Brooke's lifestyle the hard way.

Just who is Brooke Davis? From simply the captain of the cheerleading squad with booze on her hand and ready to get laid, she transformed into a well-deserving candidate for Student  Council President. And no, she didn't use her popularity to get there. She got to convince the whole school that there is something she can do to change things for the best. Her moving speech went, "I thought I knew you. But I guess it's easier to see what we want than to look for the truth. You think you know me but you don't. And that means you don't know what I can do. You see me as someone popular and has all the answers but that's not true. I may not always know what I'm doing but I'll try to make things better. And when I make a mistake, because face it, we all do, I promise I'll ask for your help. I can't do this alone, but if you'll take a chance on me, we can do great things together. I promise if you believe in me, I'll find the courage to reach for your every dream." Among all the characters of One Tree Hill, she was the one who most proved herself and improved herself. When her family got bankrupt, she struggled to discover that money isn't her personality and she succeeded to see that as the story went on.
