I got this off the Grey's Anatomy Forum. :)

It's quite simple: One person thinks of a Thing, Person or Place that has been showned to us on the show and the others have 20 questions to find out what it is. Only Yes or No questions allowed. (Like 'Do we see it in/him/her on Season 2?' and stuff like that)
Whoever guessing right then chooses an object/person or place and begins all over again :)
