(Rex takes Shelby by the arm and hauls her to a ship. Rex throws the girl inside and takes off.)

COMMAND ROOM

Clone 1: Sir, a ship has just left. Captain Rex is in it.With Ahsoka's padawan.

Clone 2: He's sending a message.

Anakin: Put it on.

Rex: (Over comm link.) General Skywalker? I need to tell you, uh, I killed Ahsoka.

(Fives covers up his crouch. Everyone laughs.)

Rex: I need to go. (Leads padawan away.)

(Rex opens the door of his dorm.)

Rex: Lay down.

(Padawan obeys.)

Rex: Okay, this may scare you, but it's happened before with Ahsoka. Tradition.

(Rex takes off armor, revealing his bare chest and his "Gears of War" boxers. He lays down beside Shelby. She quickens her breath. She pushes on him. Rex kisses her. Shelby growls. Ahsoka walks in.)
