Awkward.
Awkward.
These have been popping up here, and I thought it would be fun to make one (:

My real name is Annika (ANN-EH-KA) Sorry, I get lots of pronunciations. I'm only 13, but I'll be turnign 14 on Oct. 13th. I live in the United States. I keep my Disney/Animated movie obsession a secret. *sigh* Middle school. Anyways, my IQ is 150 o-o I love math, history, chemistry, and English. I hope to attend Stanford or Princeton. I want to get into animation or maybe prosthetic makeup. I love writing and drawing. I'm super shy, and antisocial, which makes the Internet just the thing for me (; Now it's time for the questions!

1.Who was your favorite animated character as a child?
Hmm.. Honestly, I don't remember. My mom said I was into Anneliese from Barbie's Princess and the Pauper. Also, she said I liked Jane Porter.
(:
(:

2. Who is your favorite heroine now?
Ha. Things never change. Jane Porter is my favorite. (: I just love her personality, humor, wardrobe, and just everything about her♥
I love her♥
I love her♥

3. Which heroine has influenced you the most?
There are so many, but honestly Jane Porter. Hmm, this is getting repetitive xD She influenced me by showing me that I should always follow my heart.
They're so cute!
They're so cute!

4. Which heroine is your look alike/ Which do you look most like?
I never really went into depth about this. I have been told that my face is similar to Snow White. I have orange hair, not as bright as Merida, closer to Kim Possible. My body is like Alice or Wendy xD
Lol.
Lol.

5. Which heroine is your "spirit animal?"
It could be Pocahontas. I am not as connected to nature, but I do love it. Also, I am quiet, like her, but I stand for what I believe in when I have to.
Yep.
Yep.

6. What is your favorite type of heroine?
Well, I never realized this until I made my favorite animated female character list, but I love the smart, sarcastic type of girl, who is also strong. Similar to Jane Porter, Helga, Ting-Ting etc..

7. Who are the heroines you wished you looked like?
I wish I looked like Tzipporah, Poca, Esmeralda, or Nani. I'm like Edward Cullen people, I'm not familiar with the whole "tanning" thing. o-o Face wise, I wish I looked like Jane Porter, Giselle, Violet Parr, Rapunzel or Kida.
Oh, man. I wish soo bad. ;D
Oh, man. I wish soo bad. ;D

8. Who are the heroines you wished you were most like?
Honestly, I wish I was more like Esmeralda or Mulan. They are outspoken, strong characters. I am nothing like them. AT ALL. I am not brave in any way, shape, or form.
Antisocial, shy me.
Antisocial, shy me.

9. What is your favorite outfit/dress?
I have always loved Cinderella's wedding gown in her original movie. It's stunning,in my opinion. I also love Tiana's green wedding dress.
♥♥♥
♥♥♥

10.What heroine do you wish existed?
Hmm.. I'm not positive. I would love an all out nerd, bookworm, awkward girl. It's been done, subtly, but I would love a full blown female character. if I could choose one place I wish a heroine was from, maybe Japan or Italy. I just love both places♥
That would be coooool.
That would be coooool.
My list can change drastically but there are some things that never change. Some characters who are considered gorgeous are not on it, that's why it's my personal list. This is only based on looks but I have to love the way she looks, it's not necessarily who I think looks 'perfect'. Besides, I think flaws usually add up to someone's beauty. Doing the sexiest animated heroines article made me take a second look at other characters and I must say I've overlooked some characters' appearances.

So, i promised to introduce some not so well known girls to you, so let´s start! XD

For the first article on this subject, i choosed to take the girls i used for the pick i made^^

~Alyonushka~

She comes from the movie "Ilya Muromets i Solovey Razboynik/Ilja Muromets and Nightingale the Robber", which was released in 2007.
It´s a russian production and tells the story of Ilya Muromets, a russian hero, who goes on the search for his best friend, the magic horse Burushka. ( in the german version "Goldmähne", meaning goldmane)
The prince of Kiev joins his search, because Nightingale , who...

It wasn't easy narrowing it down to just 10 ladies, but I gave it my best shot!

10. Thumbelina
"Will they like me?"
"Will they like me?"

Don't let her pint size appearance fool you...she gets into more trouble than you could ever imagine! She's sweet and just adorable, plain and simple. I love her outfits, and I really love her long flowing hair. I feel bad for her thoughout most of the movie...all she wants is to find her sweet Fairy Prince, and life just keeps throwing curve balls her way. But eventually, she overcomes her obstacles, marries her handsome Prince, and viola! She becomes a fairy!

This is a picspam I created featuring the 20 best songs sung by animated heroines in my opinion...

20.Colours of the Wind(Pocahontas)
Have you ever heard the wolf cry to the blue corn moon. Or ask the grinning bob cat why he grinned. Can you sing with all the voices of the mountain. Can you paint with all the colours of the wind.

19.Belle Reprise(Belle)
I want adventure in the great wide somewhere. I want it more then I can tell. and for once it might be grand. to have someone understand. I want so much more then they've got planned.

As some of you might be aware, there is going to be a potential live-action remake of the 1994 animated classic, The Swan Princess. The original movie is one of my all-time favorite movies, not just in animation but in general. It has fantastic songs, a lovely score, great characters, beautiful animation, a cool villain, awesome action scenes, funny comedy, and an engaging romance. So I am both very excited and cautious about the live-action remake, due to how much the animated movie means to be (I was actually born only twenty-one days before the movie was released in theaters). I don’t...

Well! This was pretty overdue. I wrote my favorite Disney Princesses list years ago (which I am now less than satisfied with, and may need to rewrite) but have done no articles ranking any general animated girls. So this might be a bit long, but I hope you enjoy!

Honorable mentions:Eilonwy, The Chipettes, The Three Good Fairies, Flora, Tecna, Raven, Misty, Jane Porter, Captain Amelia, Wendy Darling, Pocahontas, Katrina Van Tassel, Moana, Tiana, Lottie, Nakoma, Duchess and Marie, Marina, Miriam, Odette, Amalthea, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Neptune, Sailor Jupiter, Sophie Hatter, Lorna, Honey Lemon,...

I would usually post this on the Heroes club but that spot is a lost cause. Anyway, I'm really tired but I wanted to get this article done, I'll have to check up on it another time. Enjoy!

10. Nightcrawler

To be honest, 10th place could have been anyone. It was so hard for me to decide but here's the trouble maker, Nightcrawler. Come on, ''chicks dig the fuzzy dude!'' and teleportation is the most useful superpower ever. He was raised by Germans but biologically he's Mystique's son and Rogue's brother.

9. Thomas

Thomas is not one of those characters I feel forced to feel bad for. No...

Hey! I made a Getting to know me article when I first joined here, but I decided to update it and why not in the CAMH style? So I hope you enjoy it!

My name is Alexandra, but you can call me Aly, I'm 14 years old and I live in beautiful Greece. I'm a bookworm and kind of a nerd, but I dislike school. I mean, I like the fact that I meet my friends e.t.c. but generally I like to learn in my own ways and the pressure and anxiety I have everyday in school are horrible and I can't control them. I almost never study, but still manage to take very good grades (19 and 20 mostly, in Greece our grades...

Till I find out what Jane Porter is (could you help me? I have made a question in the answers section), I decided to do Meg, as she is easier and I really love her. The difficult thing about her is that she appears to have two personalities, the caring lover who sacrificed herself for a man and the cold bitch who likes playing with people's feelings because she's been hurt. I took more into consideration her second personality, because it's the one we see for the most time of the movie.

Meg is ISTP.

Introverted: Definitely! She doesn't open to people and prefers to keep her thoughts for herself....
