Did anyone see a movie about this scarecrow who gets transformed into a human and has to wear this feather at all times if not he'll be a scarecrow again.

I actually have!! I don't remember it that well...but I have definatly watched it =P I shall find it and watch it again, from what I remember it was pretty good =D

Yeah I remember its a cartoon. A witch changes him into a person- well almost.
