Ingredients for 4 people:
_ 4 eggs;
_ 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
_ 4 tablespoons of water
_ a pinch of salt
To prepare two at once:
1) Preheat the pan over medium heat and add the vegetable oil. Once heated, break 2 eggs and turn the heat down.
2) As soon as the white of egg is thick, add salt and 2 tablespoons of water. Cover the pan. The dish is ready when the eggs are fried.
* Repeat with the other two eggs.
