like 4 or 5 eggs (That´s for one person)
Chop a quarter of the onion into little cubes(I put like a quarter of onion but if you want more use more)do the same with the tomatoe. Also chop the serrano pepper into small pieces.
Than fry the onion in a pan with some oil already preheated. After the onion looks tranparent add the tomatoe and the pepper.
After 30 seconds of adding the pepepr and tomatoes add the eggs, some salt and scrambled them.
You can use some torillas if you want
