I posted this in the “Harry Potter vs. Twilight” spot before I found this spot, and thought this would be a good place to post it. So yes, this is a repost.

Before I begin, I’d like to set one thing straight: I’m not against Twilight fans. I respect you and your opinions. I just have different ones. These reasons are opinion and fact mixed together. Please don't disrespect me for my opinions. Also, warning: This will be long.

After completely the Harry Potter series, I looked for the next “big thing.” Being in middle school, the next “big thing” was the Twilight Saga. Sure, why not. I read them through once. I didn’t love it. I didn’t hate it. It was just another book. I never laughed, or cried. It never pulled any emotion out of me in the way Harry Potter did.

After a little break, I decided to reread the books. Maybe this time I would cry when Edward left Bella. Maybe I would laugh when she broke her fist punching Jacob. Maybe I would really think that it was just as good as Harry Potter.

BELLA SWAN _ part 1

Ummm…. What can i say about her………….er…….nothing interesting but i can show u guys why she spoils the story

1.she is a hopeless char.she degrades herself,

2.she is stupid 2 leave her mom and come to forks when she begs her 2 comeback.

ok! if u guys say that it was because of the love for renee then it is totally wrong.

which daughter who loved her mom so much as to go 2 the place which she considers
hell just for her moms happiness would forget all about renee when jumping off a cliff to hear edwards voice.
doesnt she always worry in the story that she has keep things like accidents away from renee because she is tender hearted. Did she just did’nt bother if her mom died of heart attack as long as she gets to hear her love’s voice.

And if she did, then why did she decide to go face james eventhough knowing edward wouldn’t want her to.she was ready 2 die for her mom and leave back edward and in just in year she would change her mind and kill renee for a voice which was a dumb invention of her crackpot head.

Bella Swan. There is so much I can say about her. Seeing as there are no articles yet on this page, I thought I'd start by critically analyzing this protagonist. (Basically, I'm writing this article because it's more entertaining than my English homework.)

Let's start at the beginning. Bella is moving away from her mother, who is supposedly her best friend in the world, so that her mother could be happier with Phil. Bella will be moving in to a depressing, rainy area, and she is not excited at all about it. Now, at a first glance, one may think that this is an act of selflessness. However, when one looks further into this, one would see that it really does not make much sense. If Bella and Renee (her mother's name) are such close friends, why would Renee be happier separated from Bella? Why would Renee rather spend time with her boyfriend than her own daughter if they are that close? This is a little strange to me. Later on in the story, Bella seems reluctant to stay in contact with her mother, only emailing short, blunt responses to keep her mother from panicking. This makes me think that maybe Bella isn't moving away for her mother's sake; maybe she's moving to get...
