CSI:NY Who I am?

This is a little game I sometimes play when I'm bored. It goes so: Someone is thinking about a person or a thing and post some attributes here.
I'll beginn:
I think of a person:
Its male,blone,young,and his life was in danger. He know at least one main character.
(This one is very easy. If some of these persons are to hard you should add some other helps.) Have fun!

I am a recurring character on CSI: NY. The actress who plays me also guest starred as another entirely different character (a suspect) on CSI: NY three seasons before my first appearance.

I go by two different names.
The first member of the CSI:NY team I met was Mac.
I appeared in two episodes.
I have a wife and daughter.

OOHH Mac kissed Quinn when he was with claire and now claire is dead and Quinn asked Mac to get together and then Mac said no. (cuz he wants Stella. :P)

I love Claire. She's one of my favourite CSI: NY characters... I mean - she never appears, but she's always there... Do you know what I mean?
