are most of the fans here for the series or the book?

i got the book first...i didnt like it....but i saw the siries which was amazing :P first time i liked a movie or series better than its book :P

same reason for me...but the books had some awesome moments that put to life would be AWESOME!

Same here. I usually like the books better than the show or movie interpretations, but I actually prefer the series in this instance. I enjoy both, but find the series much more entertaining.

The books!! I read all the books, and I'm waiting for the 7, Damon the return, Midnight, the books are better. in the latest books; Damon and Elena are very closer. I really enjoyed to read them, I can't wait for the 7!! And the books have more things than the tv series..., they explains more things.
