How do you make chocolate fondue without a fondue pot or fountain. I have melted chocolate in the microwave and a double broiler before, but it usually turned out hard, or too runny.
in the double boiler put the chocolate on the top and hot water on the bottom but make sure it is just right. also you might want to keep stirring while it melts
