*the next morning*
Holley: *gets up and notices that the hotel room is a complete wreck* Oh no! Mater!
Mater: *wakes up from sleeping standing up* What? *yawns*
Holley: What happened? Why is our room a mess? Did you do this?
Mater: Honestly, I can’t remember what happened last night. All I remember was that we were mating and I was thrusting you hard then you told me to stop and slow down then I felt very tired and BOOM, I was out. But I kinda have I feeling that I woke up hours later and I believe I was feeling excellent, well my brain was anyways, and I started driving around the hotel room fast then I kinda trashed the place. Pweh! I need a breath now.
Holley: Oh, Mater. *she feels sorry for him* Um, let’s go get some breakfast, ok?
Mater: OK! I’m starvin’. All that matin’ and runnin’ around all night made me hungry!
*they both head out to the breakfast room*
Holley: Hmmm? I stopped bleeding. That’s funny, my bleeding cycle usually lasts a couple more days?

McQueen: *at Flo’s café with the rest of his friends* Hmmmm? I wonder where my pal, Mater is at this hour? *he knew Mater wasn’t there*
Sherriff: I’ve been worried about him myself too. He hasn’t showed up since Holley, his girlfriend came to visit him. Let me go see where the poor guy is. *drives off*
McQueen: Thanks Sherriff!
Sherriff: Mater! Materrrrr! Mater- ah, what do you know, he’s still sound asleep. Mater, get up, it’s past 3:00pm.
Mater: *deep in his sleep dreaming about his horrible past* *moving in his sleep and whining like a puppy*
Sherriff: *looks at Mater sleeping* Poor guy.  MATER!
Mater: *snorts and wakes up in a scream* AHHHHH!!!!
Sherriff: Mater, are you ok?
Mater: No, I’m not ok. 
Sherriff: You want to talk about it?
Mater: I really don’t know.  I would rather forget about it.
Sherriff: Listen Mater, everything’s going to be Ok. You got a new life ahead of you. Don’t worry what your parents thought about you. It’s their loss for giving up on such a good kid. Well, you are not a kid anymore. You are a fully grown adult.

Tow Mater was brought into this world in the little town of Radiator Springs, along historic Route 66 in the year of January 12th, 1957. Although it is not known for sure, he is believed to be the son of Auto and Ani Mater from Provo, UT.



Mater's color as a handsome youngster was light baby blue (see right photo) but became more and more brownish-rust as time went on. It is possible that his extensive wear and tear was brought about by his obsession with tractor tippin'.



Name: Tow Mater or just Mater (Tow is his first name and Mater is his last name)

Type of Vehicle: An Old American Tow Truck or a 1951 International Harvester L-170 "boom" truck with elements of a mid-1950s Chevrolet. One-Ton Wrecker Tow Truck. He's also a Hook and Chain Tow Truck. He's part Pick Up Truck as well. He’s a mix breed of truck.

Vision: He can see in clear color vision.
