Now it's time for the hardest and easiest princess to rant about, Aurora.
Firstly, I must say that Aurora is an extremely beautiful girl. Her hair, her eyes, her lips, her body, her name, her voice. Everything about her is just gorgeous. No wonder considering the first blessing bestowed upon her was the gift of beauty. Her features are very unique and rare, she's like a supermodel who happens to be royalty. With violet eyes, golden hair and the tallest of all the princesses, Aurora is truly a wonderful sight to see.
Sadly there isn't much to say about Aurora. The most common complaints...
For a family friendly company. Disney really knows how to make a decent villain, so much to the point where they're most interesting character in the movie. This countdown was hard because, with one obvious exception, all the Disney villains are good at what they do.
10.Governor Ratcliffe Needless to say, he's the obvious exception. He is so pathetic and stupid, I can't stand him. He can never do anything right. His most memorable moment involves being covered in glitter, oh that's very menacing. He's just a racist ambigiously gay dumbass. He's less of a villain and more like a cheap laugh....
Belle's hair is much better than Aurora's now isn't it?
In this article i'll be typing about Belle, and yeah... I'll act like her bodyguard :P
1. Stubborn When Beast kept telling Belle to eat her dinner, she was so stubborn, no really! If your going to be locked up in a magnificent tower, you should be a bit grateful that you have a wonderful bedroom, library, and the best food in France!
2. Curiosity Everyone's curiosity is a con AND a flaw, because when Belle first made that big fight with Beast, she went to the FORBIDDEN room! And after all the bickering! Beast could make such loud noises, that's one brave girl!
Snow White was the very first animated female to make it to the big screen. If any of the princesses were to be called legendary, Snow White would be the one. She paved the way for every Disney Herione, princess or not. Pick any other female character from Disney and I guarantee you she'll have something in common with Snow White. Cinderella, Aurora, Pocahontas, Belle and even Jasmine would probably be completely different characters had it not been for Snow.
Let's talk about the dwarfs for a second, like the fairies from Sleeping Beauty,...
Ariel is probably the hardest princess to find actresses for. Alot of the women who play could her, like Alyson Hannigan, are alittle old now. Anyway don't expect to see Amy Adams because she's already Giselle and I find her very unnattractive.
5.Emma Stone Even though Emma is pretty much the princess of Hollywood right now, I don't think she's that good of choice to play Ariel. Sure she has red hair and blue eyes but I don't think she's ever played a role similar to a bubbly princess. Which is why she's at the bottom.
4.Miley Cyrus I know guys, but let's face it, She Looks Like Ariel....
I posted this idea like 2 months ago, not sure if anyone actually followed it but here I come (: I decided to post pictures of my bedroom... because of reasons. Not for showing off or anything just because I think it will be fun.
I'm just warning, not all in my room (but mostly) is Disney related, so get prepared to a lot of Tangled and a lot of Avengers... just warning.
Punzie welcomes you (: My door, a huge Tangled poster and an avenger A somewhere there...
A general look of my bed.
My closet doors, got the mini posters from cd's and stickers from albums
Since I've changed my opinion on a quite a few places, I've decided to make a new list for my new order. :)
These are the princesses: Snow White(1937), Cinderella(1950), Aurora(1959), Ariel(1989), Belle(1991), Jasmine(1992), Pocahontas(1995), Mulan(1998), Tiana(2009), and Rapunzel(2010).
10. Pocahontas I really like Pocahontas, but somebody has to be at the bottom, right? I love her courage and I loved it when she jumped off the cliff. I also love her hair, black is so beautiful and how it moves with the wind is just breathtaking. The reason she's at the bottom is because I...
I keep reading heaps of opinion-based articles about the Disney Princesses, so I decided that I'll do my own series of them, one for each princess.
This article is about how I view Snow White - my opinion on her appearance, clothing and accessories, voice (both singing and speaking), relationship with her prince, and friendships.
Appearance: Her face is a little weirdly shaped because of her low cheek bones. I have always disliked her hair style, and I think that's because I associate princesses with long hair, at least shoulder length. Her eyes are a nice colour and shape, and really suit her....
I've already explained why I love the bow in 2 other articles, but as I've said before I've always loved this bow ever since I was a child and I will always have this as my favorite accessory, it's so cute and I have the same hairstyle so I suit in bows perfectly well.
Cinderella: Blue headband
As you know I really hate the bun, but the headband is very lovely and of course it suits the dress perfectly. I also love how sparkly the headband is and I would love to wear this headband someday.
I haven't written an article for this spot in five-ever and I'm pretty sure this list has changed for me since so here I go, whatever. It's 4:30am so please excuse any hideous typos that make you cry blood that I don't see until I've read it back through 50 times.
10. Sleeping Beauty
Pretty, but boring as fuck.
Surprising absolutely no-one, this movie has remained at the bottom of my list. Why? Because it's dull as fuck. Sleeping Beauty sounds like the title is trying to compliment its audience, who will no doubt be well into the land of nod by the time the credits are anywhere near. The...
Hi. This is my first article for this club and I thought it would be logical to make it about my favourite Princesses and express my feelings about them. I have 8 favourite Disney girls, not all of them are actual Princess, but I feel the need to share my love for them here. English is not my first language and I apologize for any mistakes.
All the pictures and screen caps taken from various fanpop spots.
Number 8: Belle
I know a lot of people consider Belle to be the best Disney Princess and have her as number one. I appreciate that, however, for me, as much as I love her, she didn't make it...
Wow, did this list take a long, long time. I made sure to watch every princess movie before this, so I could realize exactly how I felt about each princess. I really wanted to make a list I felt needed no changes, a list I could really be proud of, and I think I finally did that. Enjoy reading.
10.Tiana (#6 on my last list) I really love Tiana's loyalty to her father. She works & works, just so she can make him proud and live his dream for him. I wish I had that kind of motivation. She's got a good sense of humor, you can tell by the way she jokes around with Lottie and doesn't take...
My name is Jaime :) And I like it :) Oh, and before you start thinking I'm a dumb blonde, I promise I'm not :)
I was born in florida - hot, beautiful, sunny palm coast - but then I moved to Canada :| now I travel in between :)
A bit about me:
I love dancing! It's probably my favourite thing in the world. I hope to be a dancer at some point in my life (a legitimate dancer, not a stripper) I also love singing :) And I'm an unbelievably HUGE movie buff. My favourites are Titanic, The Dark Knight and The Departed - my favourite Disney is Tangled, Beauty & The Beast, The Hunchback of Notre Dame,...
I didn’t think I would get to go to the ball. My stepsisters ripped up my dress after all. Then out of nowhere my Fairy Godmother appeared. And she told me not to fear. She said she would take care of everything. Then she took out her magic wand, and started to swing. She made me a beautiful carriage out of a pumpkin! She looked at me and began to grin. She transformed my rags into the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen. It was so pretty I could’ve passed as a Queen! I even had shoes made out of glass. I was ready to go, at last! She told me it would only last until midnight, And I told...
The next day, Ariel was in homeroom and some guy who was sitting next to blondie asked Ariel "Hey, is that your natural hair color?" Ariel replied "Yeah." "It's gorgeous." the guy replied back. "This is Flynn or you can call him Eugene. We're dating at the mo." The blondie said. "Hey Rapunzel, nice extensions. What's it made of?" said a dude who walked past Rapunzel. She quickly said "Your mom's chest hair!!!" (Not really) "I'm Rapunzel." "Hi, I'm Ariel. Do you guys know where Room G is?" Flynn took and looked at Ariel's agenda and said "Health Tuesday/Thursday Room G" "I think it's in the back building."...
Here is my personal ranking of the ten princesses, with explanations as to why I feel each way regarding said princess and how her ranking is justified by my beliefs. It is an opinion article so please respect mine.
Pros: Aurora seems playful and aware of her aunts’ birthday surprise. She plays along and but is clearly not a gullible person. She is sweet and kind and seems to really cherish her family, as she is excited to introduce her boyfriend to them and share that part of her life with them. She continues to be playful with the animals, she’s a good sport and...
Well, Top Ten Lists are very popular here – but I decided to do it a little bit different, mostly because I don’t think that there is an infinitive list for me. It’s more that I like some movies and characters more and some I like less. So I put the movies in three categories: Top, Middle and Bottom.
My Three Bottom movies:
In general, I hate movies with plot holes – but concerning Disney Princess movies, I’m much more forgiving about logical lapses in the classic ones than in the ones from the Renaissance era onwards. Not because of nostalgia, but because the premise of those movies...
