Disney Princess Article: Disney Princess redesign list

So,I saw how many people made articles about Disney Princesses redesign look,so I decide to write one :)
I want to state that this is just MY opinion,I'm not trying to hurt anybody :)
Also,forgive me for few mistakes,English isn't my native language.

11.Pocahontas
Details are sometimes a good thing,but not in this case.
They made too much details and they ruined her mothers' necklace!
I mean,look at the boots and feather earring!
That's actually a bad thing, becuse Pocahontas is an historical figure.
I hate how much make up they put on her.
Did they even have make up there where she lived?
I don't think so...

10.Mulan
Poor Mulan...
I mean,her face is bad.Lips are fat,and her eyes...Even if I love her long her,I like her short one more.
And the dress doesn't look like something she'd wore.
If you ask me,she really looks ugly in redesign.

9.Merida
I really hate how they made Merida.
Her hair isn't as pretty as it was in movie.And I really liked her movie and her,and I liked how she actually hates make-up and teaches us that you don't need make-up to be pretty.
And now she is full of make-up!
It's like they're teaching us that even if you don't love make-up,you will still wearing it one day because you look bad without it.

8.Rapunzel
Maybe I don't like her new look because I'm used to her 3D version,who know...
But I don't like how she looks right now.
I just hate her face.Her lips are to long,her face is kinda fat,and her eyes...I just don't know.
I like her more in 3D then in this version.
Her dress is just too sparkly,It's too much...

7.Cinderella
I don't hate her new look,but I don't like it either.
Her eyes just look weird to me.
I liked her original haircut,it looked better on her in my opinion.
But I really like her dress,it's really cute.

6.Aurora
I love her dress,but I don't like the sleeves.
Her face is pretty much the same to me,but the only reason why she is here is her hair.
I hate her hair,it looks so bad in my opinion.
She has one of the best hair of all the princesses,but Disney ruin it.

5.Ariel
I don't think that she's really changed,but I still don't actually like it.This dress is better then her original one,because her pink dress doesn't look really good with her hair.
The face is okay,but they put too much make-up,if you ask me.
I don't like her hair.I know that it hasn't changed too much,but still...

4.Jasmine
Jasmine hasn't changed too much,but her hair...
I don't really hate it,but I don't like it either.
Her face in some pictures looks so much bigger then her body,it look really weird.
But I do like her clothes,even if it's too sparkly.

3.Belle
I like almost everything about her look,except her face.It look kinda strange.
Some people think that her hair looks bad.too,but I like it.
Her dress is so cute,it totally suits her.

2.Snow White
Her redesign is second closest to original,if you ask me.
She looks cute as always,I don't really know what to say,because it has no mistakes in my opinion.
I like her dress,even if it's too sparkly.

1.Tiana
Tiana hasn't really changed.
She still looks cute and beautiful,Disney made her smile even cuter.
Her dress look the same,except for sparkles,and that's what I like the most.
She is so close to original,and her hair...
It's just looks so cute,I like how they didn't change it,like they did to others.

iwasneverhere Most of the redesigns are poor. I can mildly tolerate Ariel's new look, but I don't really like the green dress. She now looks like a Christmas tree--- which irks me.

Rediscovering Disney: Interlude

Before I continue to in my journey through the Disney Princess movies, I think I should explain something about “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”: I suspect that I see (or better: hear) this movie a little bit different than the English speaking audience. So many tend to comment on Snow White’s squeaky voice, but that’s not the voice I grew up with.

It’s sometimes surprising how much difference a dubbing can make to a movie. Not that I think that the English dubbing is bad (although it lacks at least in the regard that it doesn’t have a narrator for the writing in the storybook),...

I was out hiking in the woods with a few friends of mine, when we all got lost and accidentally split up. Unfortunately, I got myself into the middle of the forest, and now I have NO idea how to get home.
For about an hour or so, I sat on a stump, praying that my friends would find a chopper and pick me up.

#10: Mulan: I love how she is kind, self-reliant, and stong-hearted. I love that she is clumsy and a complete tomboy. I can relate to her that way. I myself am very clumsy and somewhat of a tomboy. I think she is fairly pretty. I love the color of her black hair but I find it a tad plain. I love the shape of Mulans eyes and I think her eyes are one of the prettiest physical features Mulan has. I know I seem like I'm sipping Mulan-Flavored Haterade, but I genuinely don't dislike the movie. It's entertaining and hearing the music puts me in ninja-mode, but the romance is not only unnecessary, it's also unconvincing. Mulan and Shang both seem infinitely lovable (after all, lots of guys like women who can kick their asses,) but I just don't buy it. Is it funny? Sort of. Is it convincing? Definitely not.

Review for Sleeping Beauty

I feel that Sleeping Beauty is overlooked on this website. It is not the best Disney movie in my opinion but one of the best Disney movies from the Walt era. There a def some flaws in the movie, like Aurora doesn't talk much for most of the movie and there is a reason, the backgrounds interfered w/ the characters so that's why there is no talking during parts of the movie. I do love the backgrounds tho. This movie was ahead of its time. Considering how the technology wasn't as good back then there were still able to make these gorgeous backgrounds. Maleficent is another reason why this is one of the best Dinsey movies from the Walt era. Overall Sleeping Beauty is not the greatest Disney movie but its not the worst.
