I don't know, I just see her as being too elegant and serious to crack a joke?

Elsa pulled that prank on Anna when she forced her to dance with the Duke of Weselton which shows she has some sense of humor.

I can't really remember Mulan making any joke, laughing at anything or showing any humor throughout the entire film. (Would love any examples though in case I am mistaken.)

I think Elsa does have some sense of humour, for example when Anna was dancing with the Duke.

Pocahontas or Elsa, both are to serious.
@audreygrace- That wasn't really a prank though. Yes, she laughed but it was more so to get Anna away.

But Elsa does have a little sense of humor, as seen in Frozen Fever. Therefore, I choose Pocahontas.

I must say though that I do think Pocahontas has a sense of humor from the way she was splashing and playing with Nakoma?

Between her or Mulan. Why Elsa was the least? She was giggles when she saw Anna dance with the Duke.

Tiana has the least sense of humor, i've hardly seen her enjoy anything, leave that she'd include anyone in that enjoyment
