this song is about when You go throu something horrible and while you did, you fighted throu it, and that left you with horrible memories, and now that its over, you cant move on, because those memories still hurt you inside. And your stuck there in the night thinking about if you just would have givin up you wouldnt be here, and you wouldnt have 2 deal with all the pain. You just wanna breath and be free, and not have 2 worry anymore.
