Episode 8: Let’s Kill Hitler

Synopsis: In the desperate search for Melody Pond, the TARDIS crash lands in 1930s Berlin, bringing the Doctor face to face with the greatest war criminal in the Universe. And Hitler. The Doctor must teach his adversaries that time travel has responsibilities – and in so doing, learns a harsh lesson in the cruellest warfare of all.

The episode (or part of it) will take place in Nazi Germany and features a motorbike chase with an Amy clone, and the TARDIS crashing into Hitler’s office. Albert Welling plays Adolf Hitler. River and young Amelia (Caitlin Blackwood) return. We also get to see a young Rory (Ezekiel Wigglesworth).

Episode 9: Night Terrors

Working titles, What Are Little Boys Made Of? and House Call. A modern day episode set in an apartment block focusing on a young boy called George who has a nervous disposition. He is particularly scared of something in his cupboard, most likely, the scary dolls.

Episode 10: The Girl Who Waited

Working title was The Green Anchor (later denied by the writer). Very little is presently known about this episode as there wasn’t much location filming, but it features “the Handbots”, a time glass and a red waterfall. It’s also said to be “unusual” and contains a big surprise. One of the “Handbots” is played by actress Naomi Berners.

Episode 11: The God Complex

The TARDIS crew get trapped in a hotel where the geography keeps shifting. They enter nightmares through the hotel rooms. Guest starring David Walliams as a mole-like alien called Gibbis.

Episode 12

The Doctor reunites with Craig Owens and Sophie from The Lodger and they find themselves up against the Cybermen and Cybermats. The Doctor gets a new look at some point and the stetson returns. Guest starring James Corden and Daisy Haggard

Episode 13


Some of the series finale is set in an alternate reality with Romans, Churchill, Cybermen, Silurians and Pterodactyls on earth. River, Dorium, young Amelia and young Rory are back again. The Silence will also return. Contains the line, “Crowds lined the mall today as Holy Roman Emperor, Winston Churchill, returned to the Buckingham Senate on his personal mammoth.”
