Is Wilson finally getting lucky?

Those of you who read the latest Wilson!spoilers are well informed that we'll see Cynthia Watros as Wilson's first wife who comes back into his life as his new girlfriend.

Considering that we are already in the 6th season of this wonderful show and not even the best show can go on forever I think it's safe to start thinking about how this is going to end.
Is our Boy Wonder Oncologist heading for a happy ending?
Thinking about Wilson's life in these six seasons (well almost 6), he wasn't so lucky when it came to women.
His three marriages didn't work out. He dated a few other women and his girlfriend, who made him really happy, died.
Apart from this we know he is taking anti-depressants, worries about pretty much everyone, his patients, House and Cuddy and works hard.
Does he deserve to be happy? Of course he does - but life is life and some people never get what they deserve.
Now since he is so well known for 3 failed marriages, wouldn't it be an awesome twist if his first wife came back and they got together again? Appearantly the writers thought so and I support this idea. This is going to be interesting, but does it mean that they'll stay together until the end of the show? Will Wilson be in a happy relationship at the very end or are the writers pursuing a different goal by bringing her back?

I dare going one step further and ask myself:"Will Dr. James Wilson be a father or with a pregnant girlfriend when the show ends?"
Wouldn't it be the ultimate happy ending for him? Or would it be the ultimate cheesy ending?
Is Rachel going to be the only baby of the show?
When Chase and Cameron married I was pretty sure that they would stay together and that Cameron would get pregnant at the end of the show. It seemed so obvious - but now Cameron is off the show, so maybe the chances for another couple to get lucky are bigger now.
And wouldn't it be kinda surprising as well, because no one really expects Wilson to have a baby ? (and the funny thing: most people though agree that he would be a great father)

A question I keep asking myself again and again - What does Wilson think about children?
He evaded Cuddy's question when they were out for dinner. At the same time, he seemed to be very active and motivated when Cuddy got Rachel. He was with her in that children shop, he later gave the big yellow duck to her and showed her a photo of older-Rachel.
Of course he might have just done all this things because he is a friend of Cuddy and caring about her, maybe he especially enjoyed it because he likes children.

Opposed to that we might just see him alone in the end, worrying and caring about people like he always did, but still without a family of his own ... I really do think this would make sense.

After all I think the end of the show is going to be epic and whatever direction the writers are going to choose for Wilson, may it be with his first ex-wife, with a new girlfriend, alone or with a family,... - it will fit.
