First off I am going to start this by saying that this pairing literally makes me sick to my stomach when I see fanart of it. It also butchers (sorta?) one side of said pairing. But, anyways on to my reasoning.
1. Sasuke rejected Sakura several times and she just doesn't quit it
I mean how many no's does one person need to handle, though? The first time during part 1 is apparently a type of rejection common in Japan from what I have read.
The second time he basically flat out says he doesn't see why she loves him and he doesn't love her. (Of course, Kakashi has to be a jerk and guilt trip him...
