As they becan to walk down the tunnels none of them knew what they were gonna find. Whether it was the hooded figures or something worse.
"So, River, What happned between Amy and my Ganger?."
"Nothing. She's was just upset about what happened to you. She thinks it's his fault."
"Why don't you think that?." River didn't answer him.
"River?." She stayed silent. She really didn't want to answer that question. The Doctor stopped and turned round so that he was facing her.
"What's wrong? Did he say something to you?."
"No." She couldn't look him in the eyes. What was she suppose to say?. He placed his hand on the side of her face and rubbed her cheek with his thumb.
"Is there anything you want to tell me?." River looked into his eyes and saw that he really cared.
"No, I'm fine. Promise." He gave her a quick smile then carried on walking. But he couldn't help thinking that she was hiding something from him. That feeling wasn't unusual because River always has something to hide.
As they walked through their tunnel, the 'Doctor' and Amy stayed silent. They didn't know what to say to each other.
"Amy, I know I'm probably the last person that you want to talk too. But i just wanted to say that, I'm sorry. I didn't want any of this to happen, especially to you. But i promise you that i will get us out of here. Even if it's the last thing i ever do." Amy stopped and looked at the 'Doctor'. She didn't know that he cared so much about her and just then she realised that she was so wrong about him. The 'Doctor' realised that Amy had stopped walking, he turned round to find her standing a few steps behind him with tears in her eyes.
"Amy? You ok?." Amy ran to him, wrapped her arms around him and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said all those things to you." She cried into his shoulder. He wrapped his arms around her waist and held her for a while.
"River, can you scan and see where we are?." River stopped, took out her scanner and began to scan the area. But nothing was coming up on the screen.
"It's not working."
"What?." The Doctor stopped.
"It's not working. Somethings intervering with it." The Doctor went over, looked at the scanner then let out a little chuckle.
"Why are you laughing?" River looked at him with her annoyed face.
"Because if you want something right you have to do it yourself." He took out his sonicscrewdriver and scanned the area but his screwdriver wasn't working either. River let out a little chuckle then went over to the Doctor.
"You were saying?."
"Oh....... Shut up." They both looked at each other for a minute, smiled then started laughing.
"Should have know the screwdriver wouldn't have worked." He put it back in his pocket, feeling stupid.
"So, We have no idea where we are or what's down the tunnels."
"There's always one way to find out, sweetie." River walked past him and headed off down the tunnel. He hates it when she does that. Just then the Doctor's torch started to flash.
"Uh.... River." River looked back to see that the torch was about to go out.
The 'Doctor' and Amy came out of the hug, gave each other a quick smile and started to walk down the tunnel. Amy felt more safe with the 'Doctor' now that she knew he wasn't anything like she thought.
"So Doctor, where are we?." He stopped. "What's wrong?." He turned round and smiled at her.
"You called me Doctor."
"Well, When you were telling me about how you will do anything to get us out of here,i realised that you are the Doctor. No matter what any one says." He took her hand in his, pulled her in closer and placed his forehead against her's.
"Your so beautiful." Amy looked into his eyes and saw that he really loved her just like her Doctor. They leaned in closer and just when their lips were about to touch, The 'Doctor's' torch started to flash.
"Doctor, What's happening?." Amy hugged him tightly.
"No idea." Then the light went out.
