As for me I perfer Eugene over Flynn because Flynn was cocky,vain,selfish,and cared for no one but himself.And Eugene is sweet,loving,caring,romantic,heroic and will do anything for anybody he loves and cares about. I loved what Eugene did for Rapunzel by giving up his life so she can be free from Gothel! That was very heroic of him to do that! Who wouldn't love a guy like that?
