Juvia died because she killed herself. Actually, Gray was with her and their enemy was incredibly strong that they are both chained in the neck. Their enemy sealed them with a chain that makes them fight together. Juvia thought that she will kill herself rather than harming Gray. She kill herself with water and then Gray too tries to kill himself (or because of the chain, he unconsciously follow Juvia).
But only Juvia died and Gray lived because Juvia herself turns into blood for Gray to live. She's now inside Gray. It's really sad but it's the fact.. but I think there'll be a plot twist, right!? JUVIA WILL NOT EFFIN DIE JUST FOR THAT!! SHE IS AN IMPORTANT CHARACTER!! SHE JUST CANT DIE!!! I CANT EFFIN ACCEPT IT!!.. THERE SHOULD BE A PLOT TWIST !!!... *CRIES*
As much as Juvia haters want to still the answer is NO. And I guess she'll not also die in the future because she has an important role in the series and the series itself doesn't quite entertain 'death moments' because its target viewers are young boys and girls. I guess they don't want those young viewers to see the painful reality of life (Urghhh...I'm becoming an emo now! DX) So to make it short, don't expect Juvia or any other main characters to die, it'll just disappoint you (of course if you like to see main characters dying for some major twist)
Anyway, may I ask what made you think that?

im just curious, i cant move on to the last chapter i thought it might the end of juvia
Not a Juvia hater per se, but after 499, I'd say it's safe to say she's just dead for good. Honestly, it's pretty romantic and if things are kept this way, the plot just seems better and more realistic. The whole revival thing with animes has always been annoying.
I know it's wrong for me to hope so since i'm a gruvia fan

I realllly hope juvia will die saving the Guild then she whisper to gray ' I LOVE YOU ' and after that everyone was so solemn, while gray was desperately devastated looking at Juvia's white pale skin( I mean her skin is already pale)
Then regret not knowing his feelings for Juvia when she was still alive...
After that a guild will help them Juvia come back and live.
Then Gray will do his best to bring back Juvia.
After that when Juvia is alive again Gray will look at juvia and turned his back crying (tears of joy) secretly (since I'm sure his very not the man who will just hug the apple of his eye)
Then after some months he will accept juvia
and as the fairytales end...
THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER

i don't think Juvia will die because when Juvia was v Meredy she did not want to lose because Meredy was targering Gray so if Gray and Juvia were in a battle with another team she would not want to lose so she can protect him.

I have read the newest chapter and it looks like Juvia does die. It's quite sad. I feel sorry for her and Gray. She only killed herself cause she doesn't want to hurt Gray.
As of chapter 500 she was saved by Wendy and Charles due to the precognition abilities of the latter. Juvia then looks for Gray but Wendy replies that he was not around when they got there.
No. She didn't die. Just because in one chapter it appears that a character dies doesn't mean that the character actually dies. After sacrificing herself so that she could not be controlled to kill Gray, Juvia was healed when she was found by Wendy and Carla.
It was when they were facing Invel. In the Manga she did "die" she turned water into blood to make sure Gray lived. But Wendy was able to bring her back to life. in the Manga they confessed their feelings shortly after Juvia "died." during Lucy's award ceremony .

No, Juvia does not die because Wendy and Charle found her so Wendy healed her, afterwards Juvia,Wendy, and Charle went to go find Gray and when they found him Gray fell down t his knees shocked at the fact the Juvia lived after sacrifising herself to save Gray's life during battle. <3
