How do you get medals?

By adding a lot of quality content, noone knows the exact formula, all we know is, if you add a lot of content, that's been rated highly, you should be getting medals.

OK, I'm really confused by this because I have been trying to get a green in Arsenal for forever, and I've contributed way more to that than to the House MD spot (where I got my green ages ago) and I mean waaaay more!! Also I noticed that DrD is the highest contributor, but has no medal, and meme6 is the 2nd highest contributor and has a yellow. How does that work??

also if people have rated your content higher on house that's why you'll have a medal there
