The Create A Club button is a large green button on the right of the main Fanpop page, beneath the advert. It's pretty easy to find.

If it isn't there, this means that you haven't been a member for long enough. It ought to appear later.

You have to be a member for over a month(?) to crate a club. The create a club button is usually on the homepage of fanpop.
