Chapter One- Dominence
I growled at my opponent's blood soaked face. He was a brown wolf, his coat tattared and split, giving him a look of insantity. He trotted in place, kicking up the mushy blood-mixed snow beneath his paws.
His posture was dominent, legs hunched, spread apart evenly, his tail and head held high, but I could sence the fear in his green eyes.
    This was way to easy.
My ear twitched, as if to remind me not to let my guard down. If this wolf senced it, he could take me down. And I would loose my pack.
I could hear my pack cheering me on, howling in support. At the top of the beutiful choir of wolves was the nervouss growling of the opposite pack, the one this brown furred wolve belonged to. If he lost they would join my pack, more commonly known as The Feared Clan.
I senced a difference in his posture, which was unwillingly turning submissive.

Okay, I always (or when I remember...or did) put "upped the colours" at the end of my posted photographs when I post them so people understand. But then I thought to myself just then "maybe people don't really understand what I mean when I say it" so I thought that I'd explain it and also how I feel about colour alterations. Some people believe changing the colour is often photography manipulation so thought I'd share my view.

Now when I say "upped the colours", what I mean is I used one of my photo actions (the one I posted in the icon tutorial I made not long ago). This mainly makes the icon a lot brighter and how I would want it to look if I had a fancy camera with fancy lenses...buuuuttt I don't so I have to do all this in Photoshop instead.

Personally I don't find it as a photo manipulation, it's still the same photo, it's not a huge extreme of the before and after but it creates a great impact of the effect of how the photo looks in the end. It shows the atmosphere, the detailing, everything I can see in person but not when it gets to my computer screen properly. To me photo manip. is mainly altering the photo greatly, changing huge things so it can...

Well I noticed that in the "show off your best" people said they had trouble in a way with creating icons they liked. I go the simple but effective way with icons all the time...and usually people enjoy them, yay! Because who doesn't like some nice colouring? (this was all done in photoshop CS2, I'm pretty sure it can be done is other photoshops and possibly other programs)

Any ways to start off get a picture that is clear (try really hard to do this because it'll make everything easier for you, but it doesn't always matter)

Step 1: Choose your image

Step 2: Resize it to 100x100 so what you want to be shown in the icon is being shown clearly

Step 3: Now...I am a dirty cheater when it comes to step 3, lol. Actions are gods gift to...everything <3 love you actions.
(What actions are, is they are a group of steps you can just click play instead of having to do them individually by yourself. This is super helpful if you create or find a good one)
