67Dodge Richard suffered a similar past, but his mother had died when he was only 3 years old, but that's just my oc, if that had actually happened to you, it's alright, as long as the past is over and done with, you still have a bright future ahead of you, college or not, there's still opportunities. Beware of the looming past, the more it infiltrates your life now, the darker the shroud of insecurity and weariness gets. I enjoy the vivid description of how much pain and suffering is introduced, in fact, it actually did happen to sadden me a bit, it reminded me of the unlucky few who don't have loving families, or supportive friends. Thing about these types of people; abusive men, is because they have an even lower self-esteem, and a worse anger problem than most others would, they abuse and indulge in the sadist acts as a ego boost, make them feel more empowered. That kind of crap bothers me most, when people are like that just because they want nothing but self-security for their own failures, that automatically makes them useless cowards, these types of people get their as*es handed to them and they don't live a "long and healthy life" that they think they will. So if this truly happened, don't let that deter you, I can't stop every injustice in the world, but people can rise back from it.
