Company?

Ok, I want 2 strt a design compasny with my friend and her cousin, and we have some pretty great ideas. I've been told I have MAJOR good fashion sense (thank you Bratz!) and I can design REALLY REALLY good... I'm not sure if that's true though! My bffl (purpleslurp12) and her cousin (doesn't have a fanpop) are SUPER SUPER good. I need to know this: How do we get started? How do we launch? I embeded my video tht I posted on u2be (on NOT my new account, Fashionfanatic2020, ;) ) and how do you like it? What modifications would YOU add... PLZ HELP ME! and we have all confirmed tht we know tht in our career, we will have some fights, because it's hard working as a client with a best friend. But our number one rule is: ALWAYS STICK TOGETHER NO MATTER WHATTTTT!!!!!!! got any tips for my launch? I'm at a low age, but there's this 9-year-old girl who fashion designed out of BIODEGRADEABLE EARTH-FRIENDLY FASHIONS!!!!!!!!! AMAZING, RIGHT?!
